DATA CONTROLLER(S)

NetZero is a global company made up of multiple entities that process personal data in the course of conducting their business. Depending on where you engage with us, the entity responsible as controller for the processing of your personal data may vary.

NetZero SAS is the parent company of the group and acts as data controller for data processing activities carried out in the context of its operations. Such processing is subject to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Affiliates of NetZero SAS may process personal data independently in the context of their own local operations. In such cases, the relevant NetZero entity acts as an independent data controller, subject to the applicable local data protection laws.

For multi-entity activities, the relevant NetZero entities may act as joint data controllers for the related processing, subject to the applicable data protection laws.

Personal data may be transferred to countries other than the one in which it was collected; such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and subject to appropriate safeguards.

PROCESSING FOR THIRD PARTIES

In certain cases, NetZero SAS and its affiliates act as a data processor for third parties. In such cases, the relevant third party is the data controller. NetZero processes such personal data in accordance with the purposes determined by the relevant third party and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised persons and service providers acting on our behalf.

You have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict, request the deletion or portability of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
